Esron Niyonsaba is a specialist in programs supporting vulnerable populations in Rwanda. He currently serves as an Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) Specialist with USAID Rwanda, contributing to projects aimed at reducing the spread of HIV and addressing vulnerabilities among disadvantaged groups, including adolescent girls and young women. His work is closely tied to initiatives like the USAID Igire Wiyubake project, which promotes health, education, and resilience among vulnerable communities.
